[ FIG. 01 — TRUSS SYSTEMS ]

We build the thing.
It holds.

Truss Systems is the agency you call when the thing needs to actually hold up. Web, games, and everything between. Production systems, not demos that die after launch.

Different configurations
of the same solid engineering.

A truss is built from repeated, interlocking units. Same story across every discipline. The structure stays the same, the load changes.

01 / WEB

Web Platforms

Production Next.js apps, design systems, dashboards, e-commerce. Built to handle real traffic, real teams, and real edits after we leave.

47platforms shipped
02 / GAMES

Game Development

Unity, Godot, and custom WebGL builds. From hyper-casual mobile loops to multiplayer simulation backends. Shipped to actual stores, not just itch.io.

12titles launched
03 / BACKEND

Backend Systems

APIs, event pipelines, infra-as-code. The stuff that has to keep running at 3am on a Saturday. We monitor it, we own it, we hand over the runbook.

99.97%avg uptime
04 / AI / ML

Applied AI

LLM tooling, retrieval pipelines, agents wired to real workflows. Not demos. We ship features users actually rely on, with the eval harnesses to prove they work.

Interactive 3D

Three.js, WebGPU, real-time visualization. Configurators, simulators, training environments. The things you build when a flat page isn't enough.

06 / INFRA

Infrastructure

Kubernetes, edge deployment, observability. We don't ship apps that nobody can debug. Every project leaves with dashboards, alerts, and a sane on-call rotation.

Not case studies.
Working software.

We don't trade in fake client stories or screenshots of work we didn't do. These are three internal R&D showcases: real code, running live in your browser. Try them.

Atlas: natural language to SQL, executed on the edge

Type a question in plain English. An LLM generates SQLite-compatible SQL, which is sanitized, validated against a strict table allowlist, and executed server-side against a real Cloudflare D1 database. A second LLM pass produces a natural-language insight and follow-up suggestions. No mock data. 2,494 real rows, real execution times.

Stress Visualizer: force propagation through a Warren truss

A 3D Warren-truss bridge rendered with Three.js. Move your cursor and load drops fall onto the nearest node; force propagates outward through the connectivity graph via BFS, decaying with distance. Stressed members glow hot and the structure visibly flexes. The same engine drives our real-time monitoring work.

Live Dashboard: the observability component we ship to every client

Multi-panel dashboard with live bezier-smoothed charts, animated world map with traffic arcs, log stream, endpoint heatmap, and load bars. Not a screenshot. Every panel updates on real intervals. Plug in any Prometheus/statsd source and it just works.

Twelve work patterns we ship across. Not a list of named clients. Those stay under NDA. Filter by what you need built.

05 / 07[ FIG. 05 — LOAD PATH ]

How force flows
through the team.

A truss distributes load along a predictable path. So do we. Every requirement enters at one end, gets carried by the right members, and lands at handoff. Nothing load-bearing happens by accident.

01LOAD ANALYSIS

Understand the weight

Before we touch a keyboard, we map what the system actually has to carry. Traffic, constraints, regulatory load, the team that will inherit it. A truss designed for the wrong load is worse than no truss.

OUT:Load spec doc + acceptance criteria
DUR:1–2 weeks
02STRUCTURAL DESIGN

Choose the members

Pick the stack, the boundaries, the failure modes. Decide what we build vs. buy. Identify the load-bearing decisions, the ones that are expensive to reverse later. Everything else stays flexible.

OUT:Architecture diagram + tech rationale
DUR:1 week
03FABRICATION

Cut & assemble

Build in vertical slices. Each slice ships end-to-end (DB to UI) so you see real software, not a Gantt chart. Weekly demos, not monthly theatre. Tests run on every commit.

OUT:Working slices, weekly
DUR:4–12 weeks
04LOAD TEST

Prove it holds

Before handoff: load tests, chaos drills, accessibility audit, security scan. We break it on purpose so it doesn't break in production. Failures stay in the lab, not in your inbox at 3am.

OUT:Test report + runbook
DUR:1–2 weeks
05HANDOFF

Transfer the load

You own it. We hand over code, infra, docs, dashboards, and the on-call rotation. We stick around for 30 days at full capacity, then taper. No orphaned codebases, no surprise invoices.

OUT:Full repo + docs + 30-day support
DUR:Ongoing
06 / 07[ FIG. 06 — THE MEMBERS ]

The members
carrying the load.

Six people, no growth targets. We stay small on purpose. Every project gets the people who actually know how it holds up.

Principal / Structural Lead

Eight years across web and game dev. Started Truss after watching too many agency projects collapse under their own weight. Owns the load spec.
